Ingredients
- Absinthe45 ml
- Orgeat syrup15 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)30 ml
- Whipping cream30 ml
Method
- Dry-shake absinthe, orgeat syrup, egg white (pasteurised), and whipping cream in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
