Ingredients
- Absinthe25 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
- Creole bitters2 dash
Method
- Dry-shake absinthe, rich simple syrup, fresh lemon juice, egg white (pasteurised), and creole bitters in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
