Ingredients
- Bourbon whiskey30 ml
- Applejack brandy30 ml
- Bénédictine D.O.M.15 ml
- Pedro Ximénez sherry15 ml
- Aromatic bitters2 dash
Method
- Add bourbon whiskey, applejack brandy, bénédictine d.o.m., pedro ximénez sherry, and aromatic bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
