Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)60 ml
- Honey and water syrup15 ml
- Whipping cream30 ml
Method
- Add cognac (brandy), honey and water syrup, and whipping cream to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
