Ingredients
- fresh Egg white1
- fresh Egg yolk1
- Advocaat liqueur45 ml
- Cognac (brandy)15 ml
- Marsala Secco (dry)30 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
Method
- Dry-shake fresh egg white, fresh egg yolk, advocaat liqueur, cognac (brandy), marsala secco (dry), and fresh lemon juice in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
