Ingredients
- Aromatic bitters45 ml
- Pedro Ximénez sherry15 ml
- Cream of coconut45 ml
- Pineapple Juice60 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice30 ml
Method
- Add aromatic bitters, pedro ximénez sherry, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and fresh lime juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
