Ingredients
- Cream sherry60 ml
- Orgeat syrup22.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Sparkling Water90 ml
Method
- Add cream sherry, orgeat syrup, and fresh lemon juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with sparkling water
