Ingredients
- Strega liqueur45 ml
- Cognac (brandy)22.5 ml
- Fresh Orange Juice22.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- fresh Egg yolk1
Method
- Dry-shake strega liqueur, cognac (brandy), fresh orange juice, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, and fresh egg yolk in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
