Ingredients
- Pisco45 ml
- Elderflower liqueur30 ml
- Grapefruit Juice30 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Top up with Soda water
Method
- Add pisco, elderflower liqueur, grapefruit juice, and fresh lemon juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with top up with soda water
