Ingredients
- Birch eau-de-vie60 ml
- Dry Vermouth30 ml
- Lemon bitters1 dash
Method
- Add birch eau-de-vie, dry vermouth, and lemon bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
