Ingredients
- Calvados apple brandy60 ml
- Licor 4322.5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
- Aromatic bitters1 dash
Method
- Dry-shake calvados apple brandy, licor 43, egg white (pasteurised), and aromatic bitters in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
