Ingredients

  • Dry White Wine1 bottle
  • Peach Schnapps3 oz
  • Elderflower Liqueur2 oz
  • Sparkling Water6 oz
  • Sugar2 tbsp
  • White Peaches (sliced)2 whole
  • Green Apple (sliced)1 whole
  • Green Grapes (halved)1 cup
  • Fresh Mint Sprig1 bunch

Method

  1. Slice peaches, green apples, and halve grapes into pitcher
  2. Pour wine, schnapps, and elderflower over fruit; add sugar
  3. Chill 4+ hours
  4. At service, top with sparkling water; pour over ice in wine glasses
  5. Garnish with mint; yields 6–8 servings

Pro Tips

  • Pinot Grigio or a dry Vinho Verde — anything with residual sugar makes the sangria cloying.
  • Stone fruit (peaches, apricots) macerates beautifully; avoid melons — they dilute into mush.
  • Elderflower liqueur is the cheat code; St-Germain is the gold standard but Dolin's is fine.
