- Peach Schnapps3 oz
- Elderflower Liqueur2 oz
- Sparkling Water6 oz
- Sugar2 tbsp
- White Peaches (sliced)2 whole
- Green Apple (sliced)1 whole
- Green Grapes (halved)1 cup
- Fresh Mint Sprig1 bunch
Method
- Slice peaches, green apples, and halve grapes into pitcher
- Pour wine, schnapps, and elderflower over fruit; add sugar
- Chill 4+ hours
- At service, top with sparkling water; pour over ice in wine glasses
- Garnish with mint; yields 6–8 servings
Pro Tips
- Pinot Grigio or a dry Vinho Verde — anything with residual sugar makes the sangria cloying.
- Stone fruit (peaches, apricots) macerates beautifully; avoid melons — they dilute into mush.
- Elderflower liqueur is the cheat code; St-Germain is the gold standard but Dolin's is fine.
