Ingredients
- Calvados apple brandy30 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Raspberry syrup5 ml
- Orange Bitters2 dash
- Prosecco60 ml
Method
- Add calvados apple brandy, fresh lemon juice, raspberry syrup, and orange bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with prosecco
