Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)45 ml
- Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh37.5 ml
- Maraschino Liqueur7.5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
Method
- Add cognac (brandy), red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh, maraschino liqueur, and fresh lime juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
