Ingredients
- Calvados apple brandy45 ml
- Amontillado sherry30 ml
- Orange Curaçao22.5 ml
- Pear liqueur5 ml
- Brown sugar syrup2.5 ml
Method
- Add calvados apple brandy, amontillado sherry, orange curaçao, pear liqueur, and brown sugar syrup to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
