Ingredients
- Pineapple Juice4 oz
- Cream of Coconut2 oz
- Fresh Lime Juice0.5 oz
- Crushed Ice1 cup
- Pineapple Wedge1 piece
- Maraschino Cherry1 piece
Method
- Add pineapple juice, coconut cream, and lime to blender with 1 cup crushed ice
- Blend until smooth and thick
- Pour into hurricane glass
- Garnish with pineapple wedge and cherry
