Ingredients
- White port45 ml
- Mezcal15 ml
- Rosolio Bergamotto15 ml
- Manzanilla sherry5 ml
- Saline solution 4:13 drop
Method
- Add white port, mezcal, rosolio bergamotto, manzanilla sherry, and saline solution 4:1 to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
