Ingredients
- Strawberry jam1 barspoon
- Cognac (brandy)50 ml
- Pinot Noir red wine20 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup5 ml
- Aromatic bitters2 dash
Method
- Add strawberry jam, cognac (brandy), pinot noir red wine, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, and aromatic bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
