Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)45 ml
- Licor 4320 ml
- Orgeat syrup7.5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Aromatic bitters4 dash
- Egg white (pasteurised)7.5 ml
Method
- Dry-shake cognac (brandy), licor 43, orgeat syrup, fresh lime juice, aromatic bitters, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
