Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)20 ml
- Coffee liqueur20 ml
- Chocolate Spirit20 ml
- Whipping cream5 ml
- fresh Egg (white and yolk)1
Method
- Dry-shake cognac (brandy), coffee liqueur, chocolate spirit, whipping cream, and fresh egg (white and yolk) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
