Ingredients
- Absinthe5 ml
- dried Star anise1
- Cognac (brandy)45 ml
- Bénédictine D.O.M.15 ml
- Coffee liqueur15 ml
- Fino sherry7.5 ml
Method
- Add absinthe, cognac (brandy), bénédictine d.o.m., coffee liqueur, and fino sherry to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with dried star anise
