- Pedro Ximénez sherry30 ml
- Whipping cream45 ml
Method
- Add fresh raspberries, fresh, cognac (brandy), amaretto liqueur, strawberry liqueur, pedro ximénez sherry, and whipping cream to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
