Ingredients
- Manzanilla sherry30 ml
- Cynar/carciofo amaro30 ml
- Akvavit / Aquavit30 ml
- Peach bitters2 dash
Method
- Add manzanilla sherry, cynar/carciofo amaro, akvavit / aquavit, and peach bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
