Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)50 ml
- Vermouth amaro (Pun.)20 ml
- Apricot liqueur15 ml
- 1⁄2 barspoon Balsamic vinegar
- Plum bitters1 dash
Method
- Add cognac (brandy), vermouth amaro (pun.), apricot liqueur, 1⁄2 barspoon balsamic vinegar, and plum bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
