Ingredients
- Reposado Tequila60 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Aromatic bitters2 dash
- Maple syrup15 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake reposado tequila, fresh lemon juice, aromatic bitters, maple syrup, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
