Ingredients
- Blanco Tequila45 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Rosé champagne60 ml
Method
- Add blanco tequila, fresh lemon juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with rosé champagne
