Ingredients
- Reposado Tequila60 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
- Bénédictine D.O.M.15 ml
- Cherry brandy15 ml
- Pineapple Juice45 ml
- Top up with Brut sparkling wine
Method
- Add reposado tequila, fresh lime juice, bénédictine d.o.m., and pineapple juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with top up with brut sparkling wine
- Garnish with cherry brandy
