Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)45 ml
- Chilli liqueur10 ml
- Umeshu plum sake15 ml
- Maraschino Liqueur10 ml
- Chocolate bitters1 dash
Method
- Add cognac (brandy), chilli liqueur, umeshu plum sake, maraschino liqueur, and chocolate bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
