Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)50 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice25 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- fresh Mint leaves8
- Aromatic bitters2 dash
- Champagne50 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add cognac (brandy), fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, and aromatic bitters
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into rocks glass
- Top with champagne
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
