Ingredients
- Pisco30 ml
- Gentian liqueur30 ml
- Peach liqueur15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake pisco, gentian liqueur, peach liqueur, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
