Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)60 ml
- Chardonnay wine22.5 ml
- Nettle cordial15 ml
- Water10 ml
Method
- Add cognac (brandy), chardonnay wine, nettle cordial, and water to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
