Ingredients
- fresh Mint leaves12
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup22.5 ml
- Apple juice90 ml
- Top up with Soda water
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add fresh lemon juice, fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, and apple juice
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into collins glass
- Top with top up with soda water
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
