Ingredients
- Pisco45 ml
- Gentian liqueur10 ml
- Pineapple Juice37.5 ml
- Sauvignon Blanc wine15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
Method
- Add pisco, gentian liqueur, pineapple juice, sauvignon blanc wine, and rich simple syrup to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
