Ingredients
- Pisco50 ml
- Blue curaçao liqueur15 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice20 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)20 ml
Method
- Dry-shake pisco, blue curaçao liqueur, fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
