Ingredients
- Mezcal45 ml
- Pineapple Juice50 ml
- Cream of coconut22.5 ml
- Fresh Orange Juice22.5 ml
- Orange Liqueur5 ml
- 1⁄4 barspoon Xanthan gum (E415)
Method
- Add mezcal, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, fresh orange juice, orange liqueur, and 1⁄4 barspoon xanthan gum (e415) to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
