Ingredients
- Hard Apple Cider8 oz
- Lager Beer8 oz
Method
- Pour cider into pint glass halfway
- Top with cold lager (some pubs refuse to serve this)
- Optional: ½ oz blackcurrant cordial for 'Snakebite & Black'
