Ingredients
- Mezcal45 ml
- Orange Curaçao10 ml
- Chilli liqueur10 ml
- Ginger liqueur10 ml
- Pineapple Juice10 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice30 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake mezcal, orange curaçao, chilli liqueur, ginger liqueur, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
