Ingredients
- Mezcal2.5 ml
- Reposado Tequila45 ml
- Applejack brandy15 ml
- Pear liqueur15 ml
- Barrel-aged bitters1 dash
Method
- Add mezcal, reposado tequila, applejack brandy, pear liqueur, and barrel-aged bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
