Ingredients
- Oloroso sherry30 ml
- Rosso/sweet vermouth22.5 ml
- Spanish brandy15 ml
- Honey and water syrup5 ml
Method
- Add oloroso sherry, rosso/sweet vermouth, spanish brandy, and honey and water syrup to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
