Ingredients
- Sake40 ml
- Blanco Tequila30 ml
- Bianco/blanco vermouth10 ml
- Fino sherry7.5 ml
- Saline solution 4:14 drop
Method
- Add sake, blanco tequila, bianco/blanco vermouth, fino sherry, and saline solution 4:1 to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
