Ingredients

- Citrus juice30 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup20 ml
- Egg White20 ml
- Ginseng bitters8 drop
- Sparkling Water60 ml
Method
- Dry-shake ml, citrus juice, rich simple syrup, egg white, and ginseng bitters in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with sparkling water
