- Aged grappa30 ml
- Oloroso sherry40 ml
- Maple syrup10 ml
- Verjuice5 ml
Method
- Add aged grappa, oloroso sherry, maple syrup, and verjuice to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
