Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)45 ml
- Orange Liqueur22.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup5 ml
- Saline solution 4:13 drop
- Champagne15 ml
Method
- Add cognac (brandy), orange liqueur, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, and saline solution 4:1 to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Top with champagne
