Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)50 ml
- Blue curaçao liqueur22.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake cognac (brandy), blue curaçao liqueur, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
