Ingredients
- Amaro (e.g. Averna)30 ml
- Blanco Tequila15 ml
- Cold espresso coffee45 ml
- Orgeat syrup10 ml
- Brown/dark cacao liqueur7.5 ml
- Chocolate bitters6 drop
Method
- Add amaro (e.g. averna), blanco tequila, cold espresso coffee, orgeat syrup, brown/dark cacao liqueur, and chocolate bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
