Ingredients
- Amontillado sherry45 ml
- Rosé/rosato vermouth22.5 ml
- Orange Curaçao15 ml
- Grenadine syrup2.5 ml
Method
- Add amontillado sherry, rosé/rosato vermouth, orange curaçao, and grenadine syrup to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
