Ingredients
- Sherry1 1/2 oz
- Light cream2 tsp
- Powdered sugar1 tsp
- Egg1 oz
- Nutmeg1 oz
Method
- Dry-shake sherry, light cream, powdered sugar, and egg in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled nick and nora glass
- Garnish with nutmeg
