Ingredients
- 1⁄2 fresh Lime (fresh)
- Powdered sugar3 barspoon
- Fino sherry75 ml
Method
- Add 1⁄2 fresh lime (fresh), powdered sugar, and fino sherry to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
