Ingredients
- Spanish brandy30 ml
- Oloroso sherry30 ml
- Pedro Ximénez sherry15 ml
- Orange Bitters2 dash
Method
- Add spanish brandy, oloroso sherry, pedro ximénez sherry, and orange bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
