Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)45 ml
- Rosso/sweet vermouth15 ml
- Cynar/carciofo amaro15 ml
Method
- Add cognac (brandy), rosso/sweet vermouth, and cynar/carciofo amaro to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
